Following on from the Emergency Response Management Programme for Qatar Shell at the world’s largest Gas to Liquid refinery, Pearl GTL, in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar; we are supporting the development of a comprehensive Emergency Response capability for this new company in the Oil and Gas industry. With a 60 square kilometer operational area, 27 facilities including a marine terminal a nd 5000 employees this is proving to be a substantial challenge.
